- 2-day course targeted at 2nd level technical staff responsible for network operation and management, and those responsible to troubleshooting Harmony Enhanced Radio microwave networks and resolving network issues.
- Maximum capacity of 10 students.
- Prerequisites:
- Working knowledge of IP networking and RF
- Solid understanding of Harmony Enhanced Multi-Carrier Radio structure, features and the interfaces used to configure them
- Previous installation and alignment experience with Harmony Enhanced Multi-Carrier Radio equipment or previous experience with management, monitoring and troubleshooting of Harmony Enhanced Radio equipment
- Basic troubleshooting techniques and diagnostic utilities
- Course content:
